Wishingstar hissed as he settled himself down into the sitting position, his front paw raised. Blood dripped from the bite marks that the snake had made. For some reason he wasnt dead. Perhaps a dry bite? Either way he was in pain and needed his med cat to fix him up before infection set in. "Dreamweaver?" he called.

Dreamweaver rose from his shaded spot in the medicine cat den, leaving behind the semi-sorted piles of dried herbs. "What's up, Wishingstar?" The healer called out as his head poked out from beneath the leaf covering of the medicine cat den. His eyes quickly landed on the injured paw as soon as Dreamweaver stepped out, his pace quickening to approach his leader. He lost his playful demeanor and fear quickly set into his eyes.

"i git bit..." Wishingstar meowed disdainfully. "i was so intent on a squirrel that i guess i didnt see it because all of a sudden i was struck and the squirrel was gone."

"Course, of course you're good yet horrible luck would strike again." Dreamweaver murmured more to himself than to his leader, staring disdainfully at the wound. "Looks like a dry bite, but we can't be too sure." The healer prepared some burdock and cobwebs.

Wishingstar sat there and waited, his rounded ears pricked as he watched Dreamweaver do his thing. His blue eyes casted out, looking at all the nooks and crannys, trying to figure out just how this cat lived in such a small area. Perhaps they needed to make the medicine cats den a little bigger... Of course it wasnt like he had an apprentice anyways. Not like Wishingstar had one too...
