Clouded Mind(P-Wishingstar)

Alaula sat on a larger boulder, overlooking quite the vast majority of the land. The cool wind blew through her soft fur, giving her a sense of calm. Today she felt like another hunt was in order, as it was time for some fresh kills. With the changing season, she knew it would be somewhat more difficult.

She stuck her nose higher in the air, smelling all she could: rabbit, a few mice and.. Wishingstar! Her leader was not too far off, which she suspected. A brief yawn and a lengthy stretch found her belly laying on the cool boulder, both sets of paws hanging off the sides.

After a few minutes, she smelled again, this time smelling more rabbits. She knew what she was going after for their dinners.

"Alaula." Wishingstar greeted, although not with the normal warm tone. "I told you to stay in camp until your ribs had healed, did Dreamweaver say you could leave camp?"

Lula's ears flicked, listening to her leader. "Yes, Dreamweaver stated that I may leave. I desired some silence from the crazy motions of the camp. I am sorry for leaving, but I tried to stay relatively close."

She breathed in the fresh air, feeling bad for straying out of the camp, but she needed some space and a quiet place.

Perhaps hang outside the canp, but he had watched her sniffing the air. She wanted to hunt, but that wasnt gonna happen until she was cleared to hunt bu Dreamweaver, personally. "How about we take a walk." He suggested, smiling at her. "Its a nice day, and i wouldnt mind just taking a stroll."

Lula nodded, standing quickly with th recommendation from her leader. "I would like that." She waited for her leader to start walking, not sure which direction they were to go.

"lets head towards the burnt sycamore, perhaos we can find some herbs for Dreamweaver, im sure any but will help."

Stretching out his bavk, the leader gave a yawn before walking calmly forward and into the forest before him. "Do you still enjoy life in ShadowClan, Alaula?" He asked casualy. He was simply curious, not wanting to make her think he was worried, the tom flicked her with his tail. "I ask because i dont want you to feel out of place. I personally am glad to call you a clanmate, but i hope you arnt loneky without the company of other dogs"

Alaula started to walk with her leader, thinking of the question he asked. She flicked her ears, and looked at him briefly. "I do enjoy life in the clan, as you guys have helped to take great care of me, as I hope I have done for you all." With a sigh, she looked to the sky.

"I do wish, though, that I had another dog like myself. It makes me wonder how my life will be. How will I find a mate?"

Wishy thought about that and sighed. "I dont know.." He mumbled. "Im sorry, i wish we did have more canines around."

"It is quite alright. I will deal with that as I get there." As they continued walking, Alaula's ears perked as she smelled a bird. Her eyes flicked around, instinct taking over. She wanted that bird!

A sharp growl rose from Wishingstar as he watched his warriors eyes light up at the scent of the bird. "You are not fit to hunt, we have others for that, please this is just a gentle exercise for you." He stated, turning his blue eyes back to the path, his fur brushing her front legs as they walked together. "Perhaps, if the other clans ever return, you may find friends during the gatherings, with other canines such as yourself, although as you know, they are only friends during the full moon, any other time you will have to stay loyal to the clan, and that may mean fighting them in battle."
